SARTHI's team is comprised of dedicated professionals with diverse expertise, working collectively to address the needs of the tribal communities. The core team includes experienced field staff, program managers, community mobilizers, and specialists in areas like natural resource management, women’s empowerment, healthcare, education, and agriculture. The team is led by individuals with strong leadership and grassroots experience, who are deeply committed to sustainable development and improving the quality of life in the communities they serve. Their collaborative approach and focus on community participation are key to the success of SARTHI's initiatives.

1. Ms.Nirmalkunwarba G. Maharaulji (Graduate), Director, Associated since SARTHI from 1984

Key Responsibilities :- The Director of SARTHI provides overall leadership and direction, overseeing project management and ensuring legal compliance. They facilitate staff development and implement policies set by the Board of Trustees. The Director liaises with the state government, stakeholders, and networks to build partnerships and secure resource and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making across all programs.

2. Mr. Dhan Singh Rathore(Graduate), Coordinator, Associated with SARTHI since 1987

Key Responsibilities:-The Coordinator of SARTHI plays a critical role as second-line leadership, providing essential support in managing the organization’s projects while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. In this role, the Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures as set by the Board of Trustees and facilitating the development of staff to maintain a high level of performance and professional growth.

3. Mr. Lokendrasinh(B.com), Accountant, Associated with SARTHI since 1987

Key Responsibilities:- Accounts book keeping, and financial reporting preparation of SARTHI, internal audit, preparing financial statements required by funding agencies, FCRA, charity commissioner, income tax compliance.

4. Mr. Ravindrabhai(Graduate), Associated with SARTHI since 1991, Program Head – Women Empowerment and Natural Farming,

Key Responsibilities:- As a program head, plays a crucial role in driving the initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of programs related to empowering women and promoting sustainable, natural farming practices and responsible for the overall management and success of programs aimed at empowering women and promoting sustainable, natural farming practices.

5. Ms Savitaben B Baria, (MSW), Associated with SARTHI since 1995, Team Leader – Adolescent Program(Mahisagar District)

Key Responsibilities:- As the Team Leader for the Adolescent Program, plays a critical role in overseeing and driving initiatives aimed at the comprehensive development of adolescent girls through the Adolescent-Adult Partnership model. This program focuses on empowering adolescent girls, equipping them with essential skills, and encouragement their leadership through collaboration with adults in their communities.

6. Mr Harish Patel (Intermediate), Associated with SARTHI from 1992, Team Leader – Adolescent Program(Dahod District)

Key Responsibilities:- As the Team Leader for the Adolescent Program, plays a critical role in overseeing and driving initiatives aimed at the comprehensive development of adolescent girls through the Adolescent-Adult Partnership model. This program focuses on empowering adolescent girls, equipping them with essential skills, and encouragement their leadership through collaboration with adults in their communities.

7. Mr Upvan Bhoi ( MSW), Associated with SARTHI since 2011, Program Manager – NACP-V Core Composite (GSACS)

Key Responsibilities:- As the Program Manager for NACP-V Core Composite (GSACS), plays a vital role in overseeing the implementation and management of the National AIDS Control Program (NACP) under the Gujarat State AIDS Control Society (GSACS). His primary focus is on coordinating HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and support programs, ensuring effective service delivery and achieving program goals

8. Ms Hansaben J Pagi ( MSW), Associated with SARTHI since 2012, ORW – NACP-V Core Composite (GSACS)

Key Responsibilities:- As an Outreach Worker (ORW) for the NACP-V Core Composite (GSACS), playing a frontline role in HIV prevention through community outreach, education, and support for high-risk populations. Her work focuses on awareness, behavior change, HIV testing, and ensuring that individuals are linked to care and treatment services. Through her engagement, Ms. Pagi helps foster a supportive environment for people to access HIV services without fear of discrimination or stigma.

9. Ms Darihyaben B Baria( 12th), Associated with SARTHI since 1999, Community Organizer (Women Empowerment and Organic Farming)

Key Responsibilities:-As community organizer, she plays a crucial role in the Women Empowerment and Organic Farming initiatives. With her longstanding experience, Ms. Baria is instrumental in supporting and empowering women, particularly in rural communities, while promoting sustainable farming practices through organic methods. Her responsibilities encompass a range of activities that aim to improve livelihoods, enhance gender equality, and foster environmental sustainability.
